EL Popup and Cloud Relays
EL Popup is a free popup and logging software compatible with all CallerID.com products. Features
include popup screens, call logging, sortable and searchable call records, export to text and Excel files.
EL Popup is used only when you have no other application that has been integrated
into CallerID.com products.
The Cloud Relay applications listed below work in conjunction with selective POS cloud-based software.
When using a Cloud Relay, do not use EL Popup.

ELPopup Suite 8.5.1.12 includes
- EL Popup 5.0.1.5 application
- EL Config 5.0.1.6 setup and diagnostic tool for Ethernet connected Whozz Calling? hardware.
- Serial Loop diagnostic tool for Serial Port connected Whozz Calling? devices.
If your POS software requires a Cloud Relay application, they should supply you with the necessary parameters and set up instructions
