Whozz Calling? Basic POS

for use with analog phone lines

Basic devices are normally used for simple popup screens enabling instant customer recognition, quick and accurate order taking, and superior customer service. The hardware delivers the following Caller ID information:

  • Caller ID Number
  • Caller ID Name
  • Time and Date
  • Phone Line number on which the data arrives.
  • Basic hardware does not report if, or when, phone calls are answered and hung up.

Whozz Calling? Basic units are available in 2,4, & 8 line models with either an Ethernet or Serial Port output connection.

Software Available

If you do not have an application that integrates CallerID.com products, our free EL Popup software can be used for simple popup and logging applications. All call records are easily accessible for display, sorting, searching and exporting.

More robust programs for office applications can be purchased from our general office software partners. These programs contain features to add customer records, call notes for each conversation, pre-programmed and customizable call reports.

    Incoming call data includes phone line number, date & time, Caller ID number, and Caller ID name (when available).

    Product includes a power supply, 6' Ethernet or Serial cable, and mounting bracket. If specified when ordering, a number of various modular duplicators, splitters, couplers, and phone cords can be included.
Connections

Modular jacks are provided making all connections a snap. Units are compatible with either simple 1, 2, or 4 line phones, or telephone systems including Key switches, Keyless switches, and PABX's.

When simple phones are present, connections can be made by non-technical individuals. Installations involving telephone systems are accomplished in less than an hour by a qualified telephone technician. Installation Diagrams and instructions are included and we provide free installation support for both novices and telephone professionals.
