Port Test to check VoIP Bridge Ports Functionality
- Disconnect power and all network connections from Vertex.
- Reconnect as per diagram below. Click thumbnail zoom view.
- Power on Vertex and wait 10 seconds until power light remains steady on.
- Select "Test now" for results.
- If Port test passes, the VoIP Bridge Ports are functioning properly.
- If Port test fails, contact CallerID.com for repair options.
