Port Test to check VoIP Bridge Ports Functionality

  1. Disconnect power and all network connections from Vertex.
  2. Reconnect as per diagram below. Click thumbnail zoom view.
  3. Power on Vertex and wait 10 seconds until power light remains steady on.
  4. Select "Test now" for results.
  5. If Port test passes, the VoIP Bridge Ports are functioning properly.
  6. If Port test fails, contact CallerID.com for repair options.
